How to add a deposit
Which cryptocurrencies can I use to deposit?
Currently, Mint supports deposits in:
- USDT (Tether)
- USDC
The available networks and options are always displayed in the Deposit section of your account.
Can I deposit using fiat (bank transfer or card)?
No.
Mint does not support fiat deposits, including:
- Bank transfers
- Credit or debit cards
- E-wallets
All deposits must be made using supported cryptocurrencies.
How do I make a deposit?
- Go to your Account or Wallet section.
- Select Deposit.
- Choose your preferred currency (USDT or USDC).
- Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code.
- Send the funds from your wallet.
Your balance will update once the transaction is confirmed on the network.
When is my deposit credited?
A deposit is credited once:
- The transaction is confirmed on the blockchain
- The required number of confirmations has been reached
How long do deposits take?
Processing time depends on:
- Network congestion
- Blockchain confirmation speed
Most deposits are completed within a few minutes, but delays may occur.
Can I deposit from any wallet?
You must deposit from a wallet that:
- You own and control
- Supports the correct network
Using unsupported wallets, exchanges without proper tagging, or incorrect networks may result in your deposit not being credited.
Are there any deposit limits?
Yes.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on:
- The selected currency
- Your account status
All limits are displayed in the Deposit screen.
What happens if I send funds incorrectly?
You are responsible for:
- Using the correct deposit address
- Selecting the correct network
Mint is not responsible for:
- Funds sent to incorrect addresses
- Unsupported tokens
- Incorrect network usage
Can Mint request additional information about my deposits?
Yes.
For compliance and security purposes, Mint may request additional information about your deposits, including source of funds, especially for larger or unusual transactions.
