Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible Gaming Policy

Last Updated: 21 August 2026

Mint.io is committed to providing gambling as an entertainment activity and to giving players tools and information that help them stay in control.

This policy should be read together with the Mint.io Terms & Conditions.

1. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal gambling age that applies in your jurisdiction, to use real-money services on Mint.io.

Mint.io may request age, identity or location verification where required. Underage gambling is prohibited.

2. Responsible gaming tools

Mint.io provides responsible gaming controls that can include:

  • Deposit limits
  • Wager limits
  • Loss limits
  • Session limits
  • Cooling-off / Time Out
  • Temporary or permanent self-exclusion

The controls currently available to you are shown in the responsible gaming area of your account or can be managed with Support where applicable.

3. Self-exclusion

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time.

During self-exclusion, the account is locked from gambling access and promotional communications are stopped. Reopening is considered only after the exclusion period has ended, where an end date applies, and the required request or review has been completed.

You must not create or use another account to bypass a limit, cooling-off period or self-exclusion.

4. Identifying harmful gambling

Signs that gambling may be causing harm can include chasing losses, gambling with money needed for essentials, hiding gambling from others, borrowing to gamble, or continuing despite negative consequences.

If any of these apply to you, consider taking a break, setting stronger limits or self-excluding.

5. Support resources

Independent support is available through recognised problem-gambling support organisations and local services available in your country or jurisdiction.

Mint.io Support can help with account controls but does not provide medical, psychological or financial counselling.

6. Marketing

Mint.io aims to market gambling responsibly. Promotional communications should not target underage users or people who have self-excluded, and should not describe gambling as risk-free or a guaranteed way to make money.

7. Account monitoring and intervention

Mint.io may use account and gameplay information to identify activity that requires responsible gaming, security or compliance intervention. Depending on the situation, Mint.io may contact the player, apply restrictions, request verification or take another measure permitted by the Terms & Conditions.

8. Player responsibility

Responsible gaming tools support player control but do not remove the risks of gambling. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose and take regular breaks.

For help applying a limit, Time Out or self-exclusion, contact Support through the official channels shown on Mint.io.
