These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mint Telegram Mini App ("Mint", "we", "us", or "our"), a gaming and entertainment platform embedded within the Telegram messenger ("Mint Mini App" or "App").

By accessing or using the Mint Mini App, you ("you", "your", "Player", or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement with Mint (operated by Sage Shark Limitada or its affiliates). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Introduction

1.1. The Mint Mini App is an entertainment platform offering games, challenges, and interactive features for users aged 18 or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater). All activities are for entertainment purposes only.

1.2. You must have a valid Telegram account linked to your real mobile number. We prohibit use via shared accounts, anonymizers, or tools to misrepresent identity.

1.3. Mint is an independent third-party provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Telegram. Telegram provides only the technical hosting for Mini Apps and has no control over our content, features, or policies.

1.4. The App is currently in Beta Version 1. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued without notice. We offer no guarantees of uninterrupted access or specific functionality.

1.5. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Access

2.1. To use the App:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal majority age).
  • Have a verified Telegram account.
  • Follow the official invitation/start link and click "Start".
  • Choose "Play Now" for games or "Access Wallet" for managing your in-app balance.

2.2. Access may be restricted based on your location if required by local laws or our policies. It is your responsibility to ensure use is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. MBX – Internal Reward Unit

3.1. MBX is our exclusive internal virtual reward unit for use only within the Mint Mini App. MBX has no monetary value, is not a cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside the App.

3.2. Upon registration, you may receive a starter allocation of MBX (amount varies by promotions).

3.3. You can earn, win, or lose MBX only through gameplay and interactions inside the App. MBX enables features like free spins or other in-game actions.

3.4. Restrictions:

  • MBX cannot be purchased, sold, traded, or reverse-engineered.
  • No external value or transfer is possible.
  • We may adjust, rebalance, or reset MBX balances at our discretion (e.g., for maintenance or fairness).

3.5. MBX exists solely for engagement and entertainment. Any claim otherwise is unauthorized.

4. TG Stars

4.1. TG Stars are Telegram's digital asset for in-app purchases and interactions.

4.2. Purchases and use of TG Stars are governed exclusively by Telegram's Terms (including Terms of Service for Telegram Stars). We do not sell, issue, or control TG Stars.

4.3. TG Stars may be used in the App for certain upgrades, features, or interactions, or game play or purchasing MBX. Any issues, refunds, or disputes related to TG Stars are solely between you and Telegram.

5. Prohibited Uses

5.1. You may not:

  • Use the App if under the legal age.
  • Create multiple accounts to exploit features or promotions.
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or unauthorized software.
  • Collude, manipulate outcomes, or engage in unfair play.
  • Access on behalf of others or misrepresent identity/location.
  • Promote illegal, harmful, or exploitative behavior.

5.2. Violations may result in suspension, termination, or removal of MBX balances (no refunds or compensation).

6. User Responsibility and Security

6.1. You are solely responsible for securing your Telegram account, device, and any credentials. We are not liable for losses from unauthorized access, hacks, phishing, SIM swaps, or negligence.

6.2. Report suspicious activity immediately via support.

6.3. We recommend responsible play: set personal limits, take breaks, and treat this as entertainment only.

6.4. The App does not offer financial services, custody, insurance, or guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The App is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, enjoyment, or virtual items.

7.2. We are not responsible for Telegram outages, changes to Mini Apps platform, or third-party actions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and features in the Mint Mini App are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.

9.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Costa Rica.

9.3. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
