Clearing Cache & Common Fixes

If a game, page, or balance appears stuck or outdated, it is often caused by cached browser data.

Try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Log out and log back in.
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Restart your browser.
  5. Try an Incognito / Private window.

How do I clear my browser cache?

Chrome

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Security.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. Select Cached images and files.
  5. Confirm.

Safari

  1. Go to Settings → Privacy.
  2. Select Manage Website Data.
  3. Remove Mint data or clear all.
  4. Restart the browser.

After clearing cache, reload the platform.


Other quick fixes

  • Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers).
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Try switching networks (WiFi ↔ mobile data).
