Clearing Cache & Common Fixes

Quick fixes for common website issues

If Mint.io is not loading correctly or a feature appears stuck, try these steps:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Sign out and back in if you can do so safely.
3. Close and reopen the browser.
4. Clear Mint.io site data or cache.
5. Try a current version of another supported browser.
6. Disable browser extensions that may block scripts, pop-ups or wallet prompts.
7. Check your internet connection.

Before clearing wallet or login data

Do not delete a wallet, seed phrase, private key or authentication method as a troubleshooting step.

Mint.io Support will never ask you to share your seed phrase or private key.

A transaction is stuck

Do not repeatedly submit the same deposit, withdrawal or on-chain transaction without checking its status first. Save the transaction hash and contact Support if the issue is not clear.

Contact Support and include:

• Your Customer ID where available
• Device and operating system
• Browser and version
• The page or game affected
• The exact error message
• Screenshot or screen recording where possible
• Transaction hash if the issue is blockchain-related
