Clearing Cache & Common Fixes
If a game, page, or balance appears stuck or outdated, it is often caused by cached browser data.
Try the following steps:
- Refresh the page.
- Log out and log back in.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Restart your browser.
- Try an Incognito / Private window.
How do I clear my browser cache?
Chrome
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Select Cached images and files.
- Confirm.
Safari
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Select Manage Website Data.
- Remove Mint data or clear all.
- Restart the browser.
After clearing cache, reload the platform.
Other quick fixes
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers).
- Ensure your internet connection is stable.
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Try switching networks (WiFi ↔ mobile data).
