Troubleshooting Login Issues

I cannot log in. What should I check?

• Make sure you are using a login method linked to the correct Mint.io account
• Check that one-time passcodes, magic links or social-login prompts are not being blocked
• Make sure your internet connection is stable
• Try a current browser or clear the Mint.io site cache
• Check that browser extensions are not blocking the authentication window

I used Google, Telegram, email or a wallet before

Use a login method that is linked to the same Mint.io account. If you previously linked more than one method through the progressive authentication flow, any supported linked method may be available.

Do not create a second account because you cannot access the first one.

I use a VPN

VPN use alone is not a Terms violation if you are otherwise eligible and not physically in an Excluded Territory. However, a VPN can trigger an eligibility or security check. Mint.io may ask you to disable it temporarily and verify your location, residence, identity or device.

I see an account restriction

Restrictions can be applied for security, compliance, responsible gaming, fraud or Terms reviews. Contact Support if you believe the restriction is incorrect.

Never share your seed phrase, private key or one-time passcode with anyone claiming to be Mint.io Support.
