I can’t log in. What should I do?

Check the following:

• You are using the correct login method (Google / Email / Telegram).
• Your browser is not blocking pop-ups.
• You have a stable internet connection.
• You are not using a VPN that may trigger restrictions.

I used Google before but it doesn’t work now

Make sure you:

• Log in with the same Google account used during registration.
• Are not signed into a different Google profile in your browser.

I signed up with Telegram. What now?

You must log in using Telegram again.

Accounts are linked to the original authentication method.

I see an account restriction.

Account access may be temporarily restricted due to:

• Compliance review
• Security checks
• Suspicious activity
• Responsible Gaming settings
