Which devices can I use?

Mint.io is designed for modern desktop and mobile browsers. Availability and performance can depend on your device, browser, operating system, wallet extension and the game or product you are using.

Recommended setup

For the best experience:

• Use a current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox or another modern browser supported by the service you are using
• Keep your operating system and browser up to date
• Allow the pop-ups or wallet prompts needed for login and transactions
• Use a stable internet connection
• Disable browser extensions that are interfering with the page

What about crypto wallets?

If you use an external wallet, make sure the wallet or extension supports the browser, device and network required for the transaction.

A game does not work on my device

Some games or providers have their own device or browser requirements. Try another supported browser, clear the site cache and reload the page. If the problem continues, contact Support with the device, browser, game name and a screenshot of the error.
