Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 13th March 2026

Mint.io (“Mint”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a next-generation iGaming platform that combines the maturity, usability, and regulatory compliance of traditional Web2 online gaming with the transparency, decentralization, provable fairness, and tokenized rewards of Web3 technologies. This includes real-money wagering via fiat and cryptocurrency, blockchain-based games, NFT integrations, token utilities (e.g., $MINT), and hybrid onboarding experiences.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in both centralized (Web2) and decentralized (Web3) contexts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you access our website, Telegram Mini App, mobile interfaces, games, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using Mint, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

  1. Information We Collect

  • Gameplay and usage data (bets placed, wins/losses, session duration, game preferences, responsible gambling flags)
  • Device and technical data (IP address, browser type, OS, device ID, geolocation derived from IP)

Web3 / Blockchain-Specific Data (from wallet connections, on-chain features, and tokenized interactions):

1.2 We never collect, store, or request your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information. We apply data minimization — collecting only what is essential for the specific purpose (e.g., pseudonymized identifiers where possible).

  • Legal obligations: gambling, AML/KYC, responsible gaming, tax, and financial regulations
  • Legitimate interests : fraud prevention, security, platform integrity, service improvement (balanced against your rights)

We do this by using facial recognition technology provided by service providers that determines whether the photo you take matches the photo in your identification document. These service providers collect information from your image capture on our behalf and may share this confirmation information with us. We do not collect or store biometric information. Our third-party service provider stores your biometric data in accordance with their privacy policy.
