Time Out & Self-Exclusion
What is a Time Out or cooling-off period?
A Time Out is a temporary break from gambling. Use the cooling-off controls available in your Responsible Gaming settings or contact Support.
During the break, the account is restricted from gambling in accordance with the option you selected.
What is self-exclusion?
Self-exclusion is a stronger measure for players who want or need to stop gambling for a longer period.
You can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the available responsible gaming controls or Support.
During self-exclusion:
- Your account is locked from gambling access
- You do not receive promotional communications
- Reopening is not considered until the exclusion period has ended, where applicable, and the required request or review has been completed
Can I create a new account instead?
No. Creating or using another account to bypass a Time Out, limit or self-exclusion is prohibited.
