Time Out & Self-Exclusion

What is Time Out?

Time Out allows you to temporarily lock your account for a selected duration.

When activated:

• Your account will be inaccessible.
• You will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Access will automatically restore once the selected period ends.

You can select the duration directly in your account settings.

What is Self-Exclusion?

For longer-term breaks, you may request account closure or extended exclusion through customer support.

During a self-exclusion period:

• Your account will remain closed.
• Promotional communications may be disabled.
• Reactivation may require additional verification.

Self-exclusion is intended for players who need extended protection, besides the time-out setting offered in the Account.
