Mint.io provides responsible gaming controls that can include deposit, wager, loss and session limits, as well as cooling-off tools.
These controls are available through the responsible gaming area of your account or can be managed with Support where the interface requires it.
How do I set a deposit limit?
- Open your Profile or Responsible Gaming settings.
- Select the deposit-limit option.
- Choose the available amount and period.
- Confirm the limit.
The exact periods and options shown in your account are the ones available to you.
Can I also set other limits?
Yes, where shown in your account. Mint.io supports wager, loss and session limits in addition to deposit limits.
What if I cannot find the control?
Contact Support and ask for help with the responsible gaming limit you want to apply.
Responsible gaming limits are safety tools. Do not try to bypass a limit by opening another account or using another person's account.
