Where can I track my referrals?

Open the Refer section of your Mint.io account. The page can show referral activity and reward information made available for your account.

Depending on the current product version, you may see information such as:

• Referred users
• Qualification status
• Eligible referred activity
• Reward calculation information
• Reward or claim status

The labels, calculation method and fields shown on the live Refer page are the source of truth.

Why might a referral not appear or qualify?

Common reasons include:

• The user was not a genuine new account
• The tracking link was not attributed correctly
• The user was already assigned to an affiliate or another referral source
• The qualification conditions have not been met
• Fraud, duplicate-account or fingerprinting checks are still pending

If the Refer page and your reward history do not match, contact Support with the relevant account details. Do not create another account or attempt to re-register the referred player.
