Where Rakeback is available, the Rewards Dashboard shows the current rate, eligible activity, reward currency, release timing and whether a manual claim is required.

What is Lossback?

Lossback is a separate reward feature that may return part of qualifying net losses over a defined period where the feature is available for your account.

The live Rewards Dashboard or specific reward terms show:

• Whether Lossback is available to you
• The calculation period
• Eligible products or currencies
• The applicable percentage or cap
• How and when the reward is claimed

Are Rakeback and Lossback the same thing?

No. They use different calculations and can have different eligibility, claim and currency rules.
