How to Close or Self-Exclude Your Account
If you need to take a break or permanently close your Mint account, we make it straightforward. Your wellbeing always comes first.
Closing Your Account
If you'd like to permanently close your account:
- Go to Account Settings.
- Select Close Account (or contact support directly).
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Before closing, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account history.
Self-Exclusion (Time Out)
Take a break from playing whenever you need it. Set a time period and your account will be locked until it ends. During self-exclusion:
- You will not be able to log in or place any bets.
- You will not receive marketing communications.
- Your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period ends.
To self-exclude:
- Go to Account Settings
- Find the Responsible Gaming section
- Select the desired Time Out period.
If you run into any issues, contact our support team who can set this up for you.
For more details on time-outs and exclusion options, see our Time Out & Self-Exclusion article in the Responsible Gaming section.
