Your Customer ID & How to Find It

Your Customer ID is a unique identifier assigned to your Mint account. It's different from your username — it's an internal reference number that our support team uses to locate your account quickly.

When You'll Need It

You may be asked for your Customer ID when:

  • Contacting support about an account issue
  • Verifying your identity
  • Reporting a transaction problem

How to Find Your Customer ID

  1. Log in to your Mint account.
  2. Click your profile icon in the top corner.
  3. Go to Profile Settings.
  4. Your Customer ID will be displayed in your account details.

You can copy it directly from there and paste it into any support ticket or chat.

Good to Know

  • Your Customer ID never changes, even if you update your username.
  • Never share your Customer ID publicly — only provide it to Mint support through official channels.
