Your Customer ID & How to Find It

Your Customer ID is a unique account identifier used by Mint.io Support to locate your account and investigate account, transaction or gameplay issues.

When might I need it?

Support may ask for your Customer ID when you are:

• Reporting an account issue
• Completing an account or identity check
• Reporting a deposit, withdrawal or gameplay issue
• Following up on an existing support case

How do I find it?

1. Log in to Mint.io.
2. Open your profile or account settings.
3. Look for your Customer ID in the account details section.

The exact location may change as the profile interface is updated.

Keep it private

Do not post your Customer ID publicly. Only share it with Mint.io through official support channels when needed for your case.
