How is the casino lobby structured?

You can use the search bar, browse by category or filter by provider. The available filters can change as the game catalogue is updated.

What does "Show Locked" mean?

Where the Show Locked option is available, it can display games that are currently unavailable to your account. A game may be locked because of:

• Regional or provider restrictions
• Licensing requirements
• Account or verification requirements
• Temporary maintenance or technical availability

Locked games cannot be launched until the restriction is removed.

What are Originals?

Originals is a category for original-style or exclusive game experiences available through Mint.io. The exact games and reward eligibility can vary. Check the game interface and Rewards Dashboard for the rules that apply to the game you are playing.

What is the Rewards section?

The Rewards area shows your current progression and any reward features that are live for your account. Exact XP rules, reward currencies and claim conditions are shown in the Rewards Dashboard and specific reward terms.
