Where is Mint.io available?

Mint.io is available in permitted jurisdictions, subject to local law, our licence requirements and the eligibility rules in the Terms & Conditions.

Access to real-money services is prohibited if you are located in, reside in, or are a citizen of an Excluded Territory.

Which territories are excluded?

The current excluded list includes:

  • United States and its territories
  • United Kingdom
  • Austria
  • France and its territories
  • Germany
  • Netherlands and its territories
  • Spain
  • Australia
  • Comoros, including Anjouan
  • Iran, North Korea, Syria and Afghanistan
  • FATF blacklisted or high-risk jurisdictions
  • Any other territory restricted by our licence or added under our compliance requirements

The list may change. The current Terms & Conditions remain the source of truth.

Can I use a VPN?

Using a VPN or similar privacy tool is not, by itself, a violation if you are otherwise eligible to use Mint.io and are not physically located in an Excluded Territory.

You must not use a VPN, proxy or other tool to bypass geo-blocking, falsify your location or identity, evade KYC/AML checks, operate abusive multiple accounts or conceal prohibited activity. If we need to verify your eligibility, we may ask you to disable the tool temporarily and provide reasonable location, residence or identity information.

Why are some games unavailable in my region?

Game availability can also vary because of provider restrictions, licensing requirements, technical availability or account status. A game that is unavailable or locked cannot be played until the relevant restriction is removed.

For the full rules, see the Terms & Conditions.
