What happens if I win a Jackpot?

A verified Jackpot win is credited to your Mint.io balance according to the Jackpot-specific rules active for that Jackpot.

Is there a wagering requirement on a Jackpot win?

Unless the specific Jackpot terms state otherwise, a Jackpot prize itself is not subject to an additional promotional wagering requirement simply because it is a Jackpot win.

Standard account, verification and withdrawal requirements still apply, including any separate playthrough requirement linked to deposited funds and any compliance review required under the Terms & Conditions.

How is the win verified?

Mint.io may verify the winning game round and Jackpot result using platform, game-provider and Jackpot-provider records before treating the payout as final.

How long does the payout take?

The prize is credited according to the Jackpot system after verification. Any later withdrawal follows the normal withdrawal process and timing in the Mint.io Terms & Conditions.

Can a Jackpot result be corrected?

If a technical fault, provider error, duplicate trigger or incorrect display affects a Jackpot, Mint.io may investigate and correct the result in accordance with the Jackpot-specific rules and the Mint.io Terms & Conditions.
