Security, Settlement & Transparency
How are markets settled?
Each Prediction Market includes a Rules section that identifies the event, resolution criteria and official source used to determine the outcome.
Settlement follows those market-specific rules and the provider's applicable terms. If a source is delayed, disputed or unavailable, the market may remain unresolved while the provider applies its settlement process.
Are prediction transactions on-chain?
Where the feature uses blockchain transactions, those transactions can be irreversible and may be affected by network congestion, gas fees, smart-contract behaviour or third-party infrastructure.
Check the asset, network and confirmation details shown in the live Predictions interface before submitting a transaction.
What if the interface and the underlying transaction differ?
Blockchain and provider records may be used to investigate a transaction or settlement issue. If something looks wrong, contact Support with the market name, transaction hash and any screenshots or timestamps you have.
