How do I request a withdrawal?
To withdraw funds:
- Click the green "+" icon.
- Select Sell & Withdraw in the Cashier.
- Choose your token.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and wallet address.
- Confirm the transaction.
Please verify the wallet address carefully before submitting.
Which cryptocurrencies are available for withdrawal?
Withdrawals are available in:
- USDT
- USDC
Fiat withdrawals are not supported.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
There is currently no minimum withdrawal amount.
You may withdraw your full available balance at any time.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawal processing times depend on the network:
- USDT / TON: Approximately 5–15 minutes
- BTC: Up to 60 minutes
Network congestion may occasionally cause delays.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
A pending status means your request has been received and is being processed.
This may take a few minutes depending on network conditions.
If the status does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact support.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
No. Once a withdrawal has been submitted, it is processed immediately and cannot be canceled.
If a transaction fails, the funds will automatically return to your account balance.
What happens if I enter the wrong wallet address?
Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
If funds are sent to an incorrect address, they cannot be recovered. Please double-check all details before confirming your withdrawal.
Are there withdrawal limits?
There are currently no daily or weekly withdrawal limits.
You may withdraw your full available balance.
Is KYC required to withdraw?
KYC is not typically required.
However, we may request identity verification to comply with legal or security requirements when necessary.
Where can I view my deposit and withdrawal history?
Navigate to "Account" > "Activity" to access your transaction history. You can filter by transaction type, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.
Can I cancel a withdrawal that is already processing?
No. Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it is sent for immediate processing and cannot be canceled. If the transaction fails, the amount will be returned to your account balance.
